FULLY COMPLETED Application (1003 Application)

 

 List of all debts & assets – name, address, account number, balance, and minimum payment for each. (This information will go on page 2 of the 1003 application)

 

  W2’s for last two years for each employed borrower (Tax returns showing taxable income for self-employed borrowers)

 

 2 most recent paycheck stubs for each person.

 

  3 months of most recent primary checking account statements.

 

  Account statements (most recent) for any investment accounts. (IRA’s, CD’s, 401K’s, Bonds, etc.)

 

  Home owner’s insurance information – Name of Insurance Co., agent’s name, address, phone number, and policy number.

 

  Current mortgage holder – name, address, phone number, and account number, balance, and payment. (Usually a copy of statement will due)

 

  If refinance: “Purpose of Refinance” letter. (Short letter stating why you are refinancing eg. Lowering interest rate or debt consolidation)

 

  If second mortgage: copy of “Note” or “Promissory Note” on first mortgage.

 

 Check for credit report made payable to Information Network - $30.00.

 

 Letter of explanation of derogatory credit.

 

 Appraisal paid at the door - $400.00 fee (we won't order the appraisal until you've   qualified.

 

 

Important: Please continue to make scheduled payments on all debt, including mortgage payment, until after signing and funds are released. Please call your loan officer.
